Welcome back to another soul-snatching solo sermon.

Y'all, we're just going to hop right into it.

I have been in prayer all morning, getting this together.

And so I got pages and pages of notes.

And this is a topic that, if I'm being honest, has been on my list of things that I just

need to talk to y'all about.

But for some reason, I've been putting it off.

And apparently, God said, enough is enough.

And today is the day.

So what I want to talk about today is the idea of being a people

pleaser. Now, don't go anywhere just yet because if you are like me even three months ago,

I definitely would not have stuck around to hear about anybody talking about people pleasing

because that is not

something that I identify with. I never consider myself to be a people pleaser. I always thought

that a people pleaser was like a yes man, you know, like a person that's just going to go along

with everything and agree with everything. And that is not me at all. Like I am going to ask some questions. I'm going to do along with everything and agree with everything and that is not me at all like I am going

to ask some questions I'm going to do my own research I am not going to take your word for it

I am not going to just do whatever I think you know the group wants me to do to make everybody happy

like that's just not my personality and that is what I thought a people pleaser was. So never in a

million years would I have thought that I was one until, until God had to get me together

and really shift my perspective on how I was looking at this idea of being a people pleaser.
