I'm so happy to be here.

So happy to talk to you. I feel so thankful. I feel

eternally grateful. I say things like this a lot when I host the show, but it's very true.

I have found over and over again, because this show has been around almost a decade, that when

things feel very tumultuous

and unpredictable and unmoored in the world, I am reminded of how lucky I am to be able to have

regular conversations with real people so we can all touch base with each other and stay sane.

That's really what this show is for.
