And these all have to do with different aspects of helping you to sleep better at night. You've had a special challenge this week.

You were challenged to come up with three gratitude each day, things for which you're grateful

for and things that have to do with the insecurity you're focusing on this week.

Things that you are grateful for regarding the experience of releasing and becoming aware of this insecurity.

Today your meditation technique will be layering the different techniques we've explored

throughout the entire week as you sit down to meditate. You can do the layering of techniques

any time you meditate. The techniques help you to transition from whatever you were doing before you sat down to meditate
