I'm Mary Meckley, and I welcome you to day two of our seven part series. We're exploring this week to help you find more peace so you can sleep better. So if you have trouble sleeping, you will learn tips and

This could help you sleep better at night. Another suggestion is as you go

throughout this series this week I encourage you to think of things you can do

before you go to bed at night to create a sleep routine or a sleep ritual.

Some things might include lighting a candle and meditating before you go to sleep at night or taking

a walk in the evening before you go to sleep.

This can really help to relax your mind and your body as well.

Or taking a lukewarm bath, not a hot bath that's invigorating, but rather more of a warm bath with some essential

oil such as lavender or rosemary which help to calm you. You might sip a cup of

kamma meal or lavender tea. This also helps to relax you and pick a few rituals, maybe one a night that you can add

Well I want to share with you an important suggestion to include in your nighttime ritual, and that is to refrain from exposing yourself to blue light from screens such as from your electronic
