Each episode I have a comedian on or a writer or director to play and talk about one of their jokes.

And this week's guest is Creator, Freaks, and

Director of Bridesmaids, The Heat,

Spy, Ghostbusters, Paul Feeg.

I know, very exciting, very cool, and it's good. It's a good episode. So here's the thing. The scene

Paul chose to focus on is really visual. It's the knife fight scene from Spy and it's very cool and very funny, but there isn't much talking, it just kind of like slicing and frying pan clongs. And you know, we're going to play the audio for context and I think the

conversation will make sense regardless but if you do have a second you know

Google around and try to watch it online I should note that Paul picked up slightly longer version of the scene from the

unrated cut of the film, you know, but it's essentially the same. There's just a few

more jokes thrown in. To set this stage just a little bit the fight is between

Melissa McCarthy who plays the

titular spy, and Nargis Vacary who plays, you know, a bad guy in the movie.

It's not that important.

So I should also note, we're going to spoil Spy like throughout the entire interview so just be prepared for that
