Bobby talked more generally about the ABC method, which is his weekly training routine with Patrick Mahomes. Interestingly, they have a whole formula for how to get Patrick fitter over the course of the season, which I thought was really interesting. We talked about gamifying the off season, some of the things that Bobby does with Woop data, how he'll really run Patrick down in the off season, unlike what he
