You know, there's just so many different little factors that influence the way

your brain functions and now i do uh have some herb recommendations uh that help with that one being

rhodola rosea the golden root you can do your own research and of course contact your

your your health care provider first if needed.

But rodeola is something that I use for energy and something to push through and just have that extra little brain power.
