| 1:31.6 | so many more buyers than available properties. People want to jump and lock in their interest |
| 1:38.3 | rates while they're still relatively low relative to what we've seen in the recent years. So |
| 1:45.0 | it's kind of funny. You know, I always say, you know, it depends on the market that you're |
| 1:49.8 | talking about. Because certain neighborhoods, New York is a very, you know, there's so many |
| 1:57.7 | different markets. There's a Manhattan market and then the neighborhoods within Manhattan, |
