So many people thought that either there was I'm not getting enough variety and there was I'm getting I'm

getting too much variety and I'm having to make all these different things and I'm

there and I have the sense that some of these people who had these very opposite

complaints from each other are very opposite problems they were having

in their diet, probably are eating the exact same diet.

seriously that I'm gonna make sure I have you know a certain baseline of amount of

carbohydrate in my diet but for the most part there's there's no numbers there's

no calorie counting there's no portion

control I mean you know both you and I said would would agree that if you are eating

these particular foods that there's no need to to limit yourself right there's no need to say I have to stop
