I wanted to break this episode into two separate parts,

simply because the first episode, I wanted it to just be like, I'm back. I'm excited and

share with you a little bit of what's been happening for the last six months since I haven't

been recording episodes for this podcast. Of course, our personal news that we are pregnant

with baby number two after one hell of a fertility

journey the last year and even tell you a little bit about like my career in business. I'm moving

into the real estate space. I shared that I'm going to be taking my test to become a licensed

Colorado agent the first week of January, which is a pivot. I mean, we've been invested in real

estate for almost four years,

but it's a pivot from things that I've created because I've done so much courses, masterminds, events, one-on-one coaching, all that stuff in the past.
