we have part two of my interview with Cameron Schmitz.

If you did listen to it, you might remember that Cameron is a painter originally from Greenwich

Connecticut. She has a studio in Massachusetts where she lives with her husband and

daughter and she actively exhibits her work across the country.

She also teaches painting at the River Gallery School in Vermont

and she is the Gallery curator at the Drawing Room

Art Gallery in Koskov, Connecticut.

As you can see, she is very active in the arts.

In this episode, Cameron and I talk about the biggest mistakes

artists make in pricing their work. We talk about some of the misconceptions that

artists have about collectors and we dig into what drives people to collect art.

Cameron also shares how she balances her studio, her toddler, her teaching

schedule, and how it has impacted her creativity. With everything she has

going on, I'm wondering if she secretly wears a cape to manage all of it.
