Summary
After developing some minor health issues of his own after an extended back-packing trip through Asia, Elliot decided to take responsibility and began researching ways by which he could find resolution without the use of pharmaceutical medications. Elliot soon discovered that the solution to his problems was rooted in nutrition and basic lifestyle principles.
Elliot's experience, and the experience of those close to him, demonstrated the power of nutritional intervention. Elliots success in improving his own health journey inspired him to study nutrition at a professional standard so that he could go on to help others along the way. Elliot trained as a nutritional therapist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in the UK, and later gained a qualification in Functional Medicine.
