I wanted to share the recording with you.

In it, I talk about how to explain what happened to our kids, how to answer difficult questions,

how to talk to your kids about things you don't even know, where you're uncertain, where you're

not sure you have words.

There are definitely no right answers or right scripts for situations in the world.

I just feel so unimaginable and so wrong.

So this is not about getting it right.

This is about putting words to things that are really hard to talk about.

And so take what resonates,

change what you want to change,

and just flat out, throw out

what doesn't feel like you.

This is just meant to be a support

during this unimaginable time.
