You know I have a list of favorite guests and you know I bring my guest on frequently have regulars on here but then there's a short list of who my favorites are you know I'm not going to reveal who the favorite is I'm just going to say there is a top three, okay?

And in an effort not to, anybody to feel slighted,

The fun, exciting, and somebody I always look forward to speaking with our friend from up north

across the border and from its Ann calling and welcome back. Thank you Martin I'm so

excited to be back again and to catch up.

I'm doing great.

I'm down here in Florida now and getting used to it.

It's a summer down here and so I've kind of adjusted my routine to where I'm going at before it gets too hot after it gets too hot.

Haven't had any interesting animal encounters yet.

Except the other day, I was out for a jog, five o'clock in the afternoon, I make a turn and

there's a raccoon. And my first thought is five o'clock in the afternoon a little early to see a

raccoon on the trail and this thing I stopped and this thing got up on its hind legs and

hiss at me like don't you dare think I even you're not going to scare me away you know and so I just turn around and went to bring any other direction like a like a you know like you know like a scaredy cat. Yeah people yeah big old Papa Bear here running from a

raccoon you bet. Clearly the raccoon had things that had to say to you apparently.

Yeah, but you know and but I got home and I saw as I'm getting home

so it's garbage night people are in a garbage out. I must have thought, okay, there's a garbage can over there,

you know, he looks like somebody enjoys his pizza. No way am I letting him get anywhere near.

Yeah, and I've got an advantage.

I can go home and order my pizza and have it delivered to my house.
