Pakistan is in the subcontinent, and it's at odds with India since the partition in the

0:15.6

middle of the 20th century. Pakistan, however, up to date, is a country that is at the moment

bypassed by the headlines in Europe, except I learned from Josh Rogan writing global opinions

for the Washington Post in a conversation with the caretaker prime minister of Pakistan,

a man named Anwar Al-Haqqaqar who was recently at the UN General Assembly. Pakistan has

1:44.5

Cold War. And what the prime minister was trying to say is that we're not going to

1:49.8

1:56.4

Russia. That Pakistan is just not going to side with us, no matter how much we wish

them to. And they're doing that out of a pursuit of their naked self-interest, and they're

2:04.8

not the only ones. And what we're seeing around the world and what we saw particularly

at the United Nations General Assembly a couple of weeks ago were a lot of countries
