According to Jesus, we're all in the business of home building.

In the New Testament, in the book of Matthew, he says, everyone who hears these words of mine

and puts them into practice is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. The rain came down,

the streams rose, and the winds blew and beat against that house yet it did not fall. The interesting

thing about that story is that wise man? Well, he didn't know how firm the foundation was

until the storm came. Adam and Christina Hannon were trying to raise a family on a firm

foundation. For years, they made a habit of reading Jesus' words and putting them into practice.

And then, when their son Miles was born, the rain came, the waters rose, and the greatest storm of their

lives moved through. So we had three young kids at home. We had a six-year-old, a four-year-old,

and a two-year-old, and we were pregnant with our fourth child. And with three other healthy children,

we weren't anticipating any issues at all.

Right. I mean, we were just going about our lives with this pregnancy, just as we had with all

of our previous pregnancies, and really carrying the hopes and dreams that we had for this fourth
