help people like her. Addiction and the cycle of shame had gripped Danny from a very young age,

My little brother was four.

I have five brothers and sisters that we all have the same dad.

So he left and I remember that day.

You know, I have a memory of when we came home from the grocery store and he was an early programmer,

computer guy. There was always computer stuff everywhere. And we were coming in from the grocery

store, my mom and my little brother and I, and like seeing all the hangers on the floor in the

bedroom, you know, and like his computer stuff gone. It's odd to me that at seven years old,
