Hi, this is Meredith Foster.

Sometimes the wounds of our past become such a part of us that we don't even realize we walk with a limp.

When Tony Collier was young, her family experienced a traumatic event

that forced her to grow up fast. She had to take control to ensure the survival of the people

around her. It was a heavy burden. By the time she was a teen, that weight was too much. And she set

out on a path of destruction, drinking, drugs, toxic relationships.

Even meeting Jesus didn't really change her life. That didn't happen until Tony was willing to

surrender everything. Wow, childhood was so interesting. I would say I had two different

childhoods. My life planning coach would say there was a really massive life gate at about third grade eight years old. So before third grade eight years old, blended family grew up in Houston, Texas. It was my mom, my dad, my mom's son, and my dad's two sons. And we lived a pretty normal

life. Our mom ran everywhere to make sure that we got everything, football games and all sorts of
