So we pay attention to the snakes coming out all over the place because of the unusual weather, the wet weather, the heat driving the snakes

out.

We now have a story about a snake catcher who lost a game of snakes and ladders, but's okay right Jeremy he didn't get hurt.

That's exactly right John and this is actually the snake patch

called Clinton up in Harvey Bay in Queensland and Harvey Harvey Bay in Queensland, if you look at a map of Australia on the right hand side, you'll see Brisbane, which is our major city in Queensland, and Harvey Bay is about halfway up the coast there. So it's very much in a tropical area

rain forests near near a beach very very beautiful part of the country and great for

tourists but also absolutely great for pythons and we're talking big pythons here. In this story here,

Clinton goes to battle with a two meter python, which is actually not the largest of the snake type up there.

Often the pythons get to three meters but what actually occurred was

Clinton was called out to a house where a python had got itself up into the roof

which is fairly normal and for a snake catches that's very much a routine kind of call out especially for that part of the country.

But the problem was this Python was a little bit more widely than normal.
