Summary
A lot has happened in the US and in the world since we last connected on the show. The tragic death of George Floyd (and of others like Breonna Taylor, Ahmaud Arbery, and countless others) brought about a turning point in history and social justice. Black lives matter, and we're here today to pass/share the mic with an amazing black woman in fitness and in academia, Dr. Brittany Mastellar. Dr. Britt holds her PhD in kinesiology, is a fitness coach, a university professor, a mom, and just an all around really fun spirit to connect with.
