Summary

In episode 365, Emily goes deep with her dear friend Gina Scafoglio. Gina courageously shares her incredible journey - from childhood trauma and abusive relationships to finding purpose as an empowerment coach.

They explore how early rejection and loss of safety shaped Gina's path into victimhood and darkness. Yet through therapy, journaling, and inner work, Gina found freedom. She stresses self-forgiveness, owning our experiences, and realizing no one will save you but yourself.

With humor and heart, Gina explains why women need emotional skills to create healthy relationships and break free of the victim mentality.
