And I was just at the gym and it was a lightning bolt moment.

Sometimes we are the lightning bolt.

And I have been, basically, this is kind of a long intro that I'm going to make short

that says, we as a whole are overtraining. We as humans are overstressed, undernourished, and not

sleeping enough. And yet we are pushing our body in the gym in a way that

is detrimental to our health because it is our only coping mechanism.

It's our only stress relief.

And so when I look at this meathead podcast that I want to revive, so we have the meathead, we have

the hippie, today's meathead is yours truly talking about adrenal health, specifically for women,

but also very relevant for men as well, to understand why less is actually more.

And the types of workouts that are beneficial when you are in higher stressed environments,
