Finding that place of inner peace when the world around you seems

uncertain and unstable within you is the answer to your own clarity. In today's episode,

you will discover your second chakra, which is all about being open to change,

while at the same time not being carried away by extreme emotions. When your emotions escalate, you disempower yourself. You lose your peace,

visualize yourself floating down a river, a gentle flowing river.

There are rocks and obstacles along the path.

You float along on the river meandering these obstacles, taking care not to get caught up in

the rushing currents and whirlpools in the river,
