You've been busy, and it sounds like you have some news

to share with us.

First, let me ask, how are you doing?

I'm doing well.

Things didn't work out exactly how I'd wanted them to, but I'm in a

pretty good place about that at the moment and yeah just you know happy to

be where I am.

Obviously it wasn't what I had planned on.

Yeah, and it's not uncommon,

you know, we've all set out with plans

and, you know, I could personally, they tell you that, you know we've all set out with plans and you know I could personally they tell you that you know going out and

attempting something is a whole lot better than sitting home on your ass and doing nothing that's for sure

you know just the idea he went out and tried something different is pretty cool

but just refresh us on what it was you were going out and doing that the trail you were

you were going to hike. So the trail I was hiking on is called the trans European

Alpine route. It's 4,000 miles between Spain and Bulgaria. So essentially a

through hike of the entire continent of Europe.

I was started in Spain and there's some weirdness with the way that visa-free entry restrictions work for Americans.

And so I went from Spain then to Bulgaria, and I was a little bit, a little bit shy of 300 miles into Bulgaria when I decided to pull the plug on that hike.
