Have you ever asked yourself, why is it that some people seem to constantly outperform their potential?

0:05.8

Call them an outlier.

0:06.6

Well, other people with the best of intentions fall dramatically below or just below their expectations.

0:13.5

And listen, they're not bad people.

0:15.2

They set big goals, but they don't align their behaviors with what it is they want to accomplish.

The next seven shows, this quick little series I'm doing, where I'm interviewing the

0:25.0

outliers, what's the psychology, what's the mindset, what do they do that cause them to

0:29.8

outperform their potential?

0:31.9

Enjoy the show.

0:35.9

Hey, welcome back to the show where we are unpacking what is the difference between an

0:41.1

outlier, someone that is overperforming on their potential versus somebody who is underperforming

0:47.1

their potential.

0:47.9

They're not bad people.

0:49.1

They just have a goal here, but their behaviors are here.

0:52.8

So today, I've got Sarah Combs with me. Sarah is a

0:56.1

classic example of an outlier. So get this. Looking at the data, you ready? She had a goal in

1:02.8

2025 to make $600,000 in commissions. By June, she had already achieved that goal. Her and her coach

1:10.8

then reset the goal to go to seven figures a million bucks, and she hit that

1:15.2

by October 15th and finished this year at $1.2 million in GCI, starting with a goal of $600,000

1:23.6

and doubling the goal.

1:25.0

Now that is outlier performance.

1:26.9

Sarah, welcome to the show. Thank you so much.
