I am so thrilled to have you here today.

I'm going to share about something that I have had a lot of questions about.

I've shared a little bit about it on social media.

And I just thought that it would be helpful and hopefully interesting to you

to learn a little bit about this organization and movement we are a part of here

on the podcast and be able to answer some questions that I've gotten about it.

And just share a little bit more about our experience.

So to give a quick recap and then we'll dive right into it all.

A few months ago, my husband and I started volunteering with a program called Save Families.

And we actually heard about this program when we first got married, but we got married

super young.

And so we weren't able to volunteer at that time.

You have to be 25 to volunteer.

And I was fresh out of college had just barely turned 22 when we learned about it.

And so I was not able to actually do it.

And we also were just like newly married and trying to figure out how we were going to

like feed ourselves and do life and what we were going to do for our jobs and all of that.

So a couple of actually about three or four years past where we were just busy and completely

had forgotten about it.
