I want you to potentially give them the opportunity and the grace to say, hey, you know, I'd rather not,

you know, I'm sure this wasn't in your intention, but I know they're not gossip about someone.

So I'd rather not, you know, criticize Natalie or Jordan or whoever, you know, because

Frank will like, I think she's just doing the best she can, but you know, it's really cool is that

this person actually just did this great thing and you try to either, you know, address it,

confront it and redirect it. I'll be my first good advice before removing yourself entirely.

Like see if it's salvageable, see if you can actually be the person at the helm

steering the ship and other way, because I can't tell you how many times I've been in a conversation

that is so deep renegative and I have just brought awareness to it like, hey, I know you didn't

need to do this, but like, I don't really want to talk crap about her.

in one way or another. We're going to be focusing on combating social media competition, jealousy,

a lot that can come up when we are living in the world of highlight reels and very focused on

that and exposed to it every single day. You do a great job talking about this. You recently

wrote a book about community. I mean, it's about a lot more, but I'm excited to dig into everything

you have to share before we do that though. Can you share a little of your background? I know that

you talk about how you were a photographer and a small business owner who was traveling the world,

married her high school sweetheart, but instead of feeling fulfilled, you kind of got into this

place of comparison and loneliness. Then you were later diagnosed with kind of some big things.
