We try and do that on all of our shows, but this has been a special request show by many of both our podcast listeners as well as our premier coaching members. So I think it's going to be as useful as we can make it for them.

your BPO requests are going up, and we're hearing a lot of folks, you know folks report that, oh, my gosh, I looked at the MLS, and there's the return of short sales and REOs.
