You know, I had a coaching call earlier today with Joe.

He's up in Tahoe, near Tahoe in Nevada, and he's one of the top agents in that marketplace.

He's about to put one in contract for $2.5 million, just list one for $2 million. I mean, he's really

rocking it. Tahoe is one of these weird markets because up by the lake, I'm just giving you guys this information because it ties into our topic. Up by where the, when you think of Tahoe,

you know, you think of the beautiful, you know, the California, Nevada side and the trees

and the lake and the rest of it. And then there's obviously the Reno part, right? So he primarily

sells in the upper end area of Reno. And he. And he always had it in the back of his mind

and he wanted to go up to the Tahoe area. It's about 45 minutes away and get to know that market.

So his homework from week over week was to find out if it's viable, find out the days in the market,
