health means, I mean, when I hear that word as a guy, I'm like, I know we talk a lot about that.

But like, what would you do for two days talking about emotional health? I just finished reading

his book and Rebecca read it first, but I took a long time to get to it called the Soul of Shame.

And the introspection that he does to help us understand how we function as human beings the way

our emotional life and emotional health is so critical to relationships, to restoring

relationship with one another in our marriage as well as with our children and our friends, our

colleagues. It was huge. Yeah, it's it always shapes the stories that we tell about ourselves.
