The Bert Show. It is certainly strange to start a show with a goodbye, which is what we're doing this morning.

Jackson, you want to take it from here? Absolutely. Yeah, it is a little bit on for this to be

happening this early in the morning. But today is a bit of a sad day. We're saying, we're saying

farewell and our goodbyes to our very own intern DeAndre here.

As our intern classes come to an end, I've been sort of tasked to create a little bit of a speech for them, a commencement of graduation speech, if you will, and present with them an award that I think they are deserving of throughout their time.

Our producer Jackson is the one that hangs out with the most, so he would be the one that

would go like, okay, here's what you guys need to know and what we're going to be missing.

Exactly.

We just didn't throw it to a random Burt show, a lady, to be like, hey, you talk about the interns.

He's actually in our phone screener room with them for like the entirety of the show.

So it makes sense he would have like this inside look into our interns.

While Tommy is the one that does the actual vetting for the interns,

I'm the one that has to sit with them each and every day.
