press after us, you know, it's, we need to keep a semblance of balance. We have a really great

show coming up tonight, a range of stories from across the world. Israel has killed two more

journalists in Gaza. The Trump

administration has leaked its war plans in Yemen via a signal chat, and Rachel Reeves pledges

$2 billion in spending on social housing ahead of tomorrow's spring statement. I've got a lot to

say about that. First story. Hamdan Balal, one of the Palestinian directors of Oscar-winning documentary

No Other Land, was beaten by masked Israeli settlers and kidnapped by occupation forces in the West Bank

on Monday. Balal is now reportedly free after being held overnight, handcuffed, blindfolded,

and beaten by IDF soldiers at Kiriat-Arba police station.

Yuval Abraham and Israeli co-director on No Other Land reported this on X.

A group of settlers just lynched Hamdan Balal, co-director of our film, No Other Land.

They beat him and he has injuries in his head and stomach bleeding.

The soldiers invaded the ambulance he called and took

him, no sign of him since. Abraham later clarified that the word lynched was a mistranslation

and that Balal was violently assaulted, not killed. Masked settlers armed with batons, knives and an M-16

rifle entered the West Bank village of Susya, escorted by Israeli soldiers.

This was reported by witnesses, including Basel Adra, Balal's Palestinian co-director on no other land.

Also in the area were five American members of the Centre for Jewish Nonviolence who took this footage.
