How do you feel about chaos?

I'm feeling particularly chaotic today.

You're bringing chaos to the workplace. I don't know if that's kosher. I think the right amount of

chaos is kosher, just like the right amount of insanity is kosher. Can you share

with me slash anyone listening the last moment you felt like there was too much chaos at Morningbrough?

Yeah, I would actually argue that the last time I felt a crazy amount of chaos it was external

chaos so it was chaos that was prompted by COVID and the impact I was having on

our business if you were to ask me when have I felt internal

chaos, where like the company is going off the rails or we're doing, we're trying too much

shit, none of it's working, I would say that has never happened I think we've been very

conservative I would say we we have been yes we have been very conservative I think we

actually as a company and I'm most guilty of this suffer from analysis

paralysis and have not necessarily gotten to a place where we really feel like

this psychological safety or this comfort of throwing
