| 1:38.4 | we're really saying, I'm choosing the easy way. |
| 1:40.8 | I'm not going to make this harder on myself. |
| 1:43.6 | And part of opting out of the struggle |
| 1:46.3 | is simplifying your life. And that's not about material possessions, although it could be. |
| 1:55.9 | You're burdened by too much stuff. Your life does get unnecessarily complicated. But simple living is a mindset. |
