black woman is to be joyful. So Dr. Joy, what brings you joy? Oh, so many things. So I feel like

one of my favorite things is hula hoop. So hula hooping is what I say

got me through my dissertation. And I love that I have like kept up with that hobby kind of throughout

life. So hula hooping brings me joy. I also love spontaneous dance parties in the middle of my

kitchen. So I would just throw on Renaissance or some other

Beyonce track and just like have a party in my kitchen because I think that that is important.

And we know getting your body moving, you know, raises the endorphins and it helps to manage

your stress. So I love doing that. I also love spending time with my kids. So I mentioned before, you know, on the weekends, I'm kind of at a lot of their sporting events. And I definitely feel like that. I also love spending time with my kids. So I mentioned before, you know, on the weekends,
