And I just wanted to revisit the concept of sisterhood and focus in specifically on how to have

healing friendships, both from the lens of evaluating what you're contributing to the friendships in your life and also

looking at how you can have an expectation of the people in your life, right?

been disappointed lately with some of the connections that you have. What's something you can do

when things don't go well with your friendships. So I want to start by saying, we commonly use phrases like community and sisterhood particularly. But do we always know what

that means? What does sisterhood mean? And I leave space for people to define it on a

personal level, to be clear. But today I want to talk about how I define it and what it really

means to me and how knowing what sisterhood means also should impact the way we behave as a friend in our sisterhood,

in our community, and also the standards that we hold for others that enter into that sacred

space of being in community with us, being in quote unquote sisterhood with us.

I want to look at sisterhood as being generous and boundyed and beautiful.

So let's look at those three different ways, being generous, being boundyed, and being beautiful.
