| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the Black O'Brill podcast, Kelly here, and we are finishing up our conversation with Amanda, all about, as usual, you guessed it, joy. |
| 0:19.7 | How both Amanda finds joy, but how rest can be joyful. |
| 0:25.0 | Let's finish out this week giving you the inspiration to find joy wherever you can, but primarily |
| 0:31.2 | this week through resting. |
| 0:39.7 | Okay, this week and this conversation has flown by, as they all do. |
| 0:45.2 | And I wanted to talk, as we always do, anybody who's been listening to this podcast for |
| 0:48.8 | a while knows that every guest we close talking about joy, because I believe that's |

| 1:30.9 | and in my engagements with coaching clients is that for so many of us, we have abandoned ourselves |
| 1:42.3 | and really left behind those things that brought us that sense of joy |
| 1:50.1 | earlier in our lives and we traded them in in order to have more time and energy to work and |
| 1:57.9 | achieve. And so what ends up happening is we, you know, over-index on the professional |
| 2:05.3 | achievements and we find ourselves with all of these achievements and accolades, etc. But we're |
| 2:11.4 | really lacking, you know, the joyful moments that give life meaning and purpose. And so I encourage people to, |
| 2:22.3 | you know, going back to that question of what are you hungry for. So many of us are just |
| 2:27.2 | completely abandoning and ignoring what the inner self is saying. And joy is truly a portal by which you can get to know yourself |
