talking all about now. We're going to talk about midlife and fear. We started talking about

fear and burnout and what stops us from living our authentic life. And now I want to talk about

things that we have a lot of fear in their community about, which is all around aging, but more so

hormones, hormone imbalance, menopause, all the things. So I want to start by asking this

So after I resigned for, like, I literally was in my position for over a decade and I resigned,

and it's been about a year and a half since I resigned, I've been doing a couple different

things, but the thing that I'm most proud of is that I created a perimenopausal,
