This is a follow-up episode from what we talked about previously,

where I talked all about how to opt out of resolutions

and the spirit around them that sometimes can lead us

into a space of struggle and make goal achievement really difficult. And so I promised you that in

this episode that you would need to come with a pen and paper and I would kind of walk you through

how I am setting up my goals with ease for this year and for any year

or at any time, these tips will be helpful. I like the idea of starting goal planning in a new

year. It feels like you've turned the page and you have this fresh sheet of paper with which

you can do anything. The beginning of the year always feels

full of possibility. And it's a perfect time to be thinking about what do I want my life to look

like? What are the goals I have set for myself? What is the vision I have for myself?

So today we're going to talk about how to opt into a vision for your year

versus a resolution. Like I said, I'm not a proponent of New Year's resolutions. I feel like a lot

of times New Year's resolutions can accidentally and unintentionally keep you locked in struggle.

And so if you're going to have the year you deserve or whenever you are sitting down to listen

to this episode and want a goal plan and you want to have the goals that you want to achieve

and the life and the time frame with which you want to achieve these goals to be

easeful and to be joyful, then here's a couple of things I want to suggest.
