Hi, friends. We have made it to the last episode of 2024.

And I've been thinking a lot about this episode. I've been thinking a lot about

wanting to record this episode and not really sure when I would feel ready or if I would feel ready.

And I was on a walk. It's a few days before Christmas. I have been processing a lot of the events that have happened this year.

And I was thinking about so many of you who, whether I know your personal story or not,

I know you have also had a really challenging year.

And maybe you're listening to this and you haven't,

but you have had a really challenging year in the past so you know the feeling that I'm talking about.

And I'm on my walk and I was thinking about what I wanted to say in this episode.

I was thinking about how much pressure I had been putting on myself unknowingly to be at the point where the pain that I've experienced this year is turned into this beautiful

lesson that I can share from a place of power, from a place of wisdom, from a place of

a heart that's a little bit more healed.

And while usually I take my time and I process and I never put pressure on myself to share

something before I feel ready, I was thinking on the walk about how my biggest lesson in this season and in this year
