for those of us that really like sweet tea, you know, it's typically two cups. That's between

0:04.9

25 and 50 grams of sugar in a 16 ounce glass, which is far more than you need. And that

0:12.4

problem led me to ubley, we're tackling sweetness with what we hope is a better way in sweet proteins. And that is not just,

0:24.0

as you mentioned, the health plays, as we eat far too much sugar in our life and we're seeing that

0:29.2

in terms of 40% incidence of diabetes and pre-diabetes, roughly 40% in obesity, and it's 20% in childhood. Heart disease,

1:28.7

1:30.7

1:36.4

who is CTO and co-founder of Ubley.
