0:00.0	for those of us that really like sweet tea, you know, it's typically two cups. That's between
0:04.9	25 and 50 grams of sugar in a 16 ounce glass, which is far more than you need. And that
0:12.4	problem led me to ubley, we're tackling sweetness with what we hope is a better way in sweet proteins. And that is not just,
0:24.0	as you mentioned, the health plays, as we eat far too much sugar in our life and we're seeing that
0:29.2	in terms of 40% incidence of diabetes and pre-diabetes, roughly 40% in obesity, and it's 20% in childhood. Heart disease,
0:41.2	I could go on. We're seeing that in health. We're seeing challenges in climate in terms of how
0:46.9	we're using our land. And sugar cane is a big part of that. A lot of where we used to have
0:52.3	tropical rainforests are now sugar cane plantations. And of course, that also means where we used to have tropical rainforests are now sugarcane plantations.
0:55.7	And of course, that also means where we're growing sugar, we're not growing more nutritional
0:59.4	crops. And so that's a long way of saying the problem we're working on at Ubley and
1:04.0	solutions that we're bringing to consumers really touch all three of those. And that's,
