United States and in February 2016 I put myself on a ketogenic diet to take

control of my metabolism and just two and a half

months I managed to reverse all my markers of type two diabetes with diet alone. As of now I'm

80 pounds lighter with no signs of diabetes or heart disease.

Hi I'm Richard Morris in Canberra Australia.

I've been on a ketogenic diet since April of 2014 and when I started I was very sick with

the complications from type 2 diabetes. Within six months of

starting a ketogenic diet all of my biomarkers of disease had disappeared. I've

lost about 100 pounds I've completely turned my health around.

In this show is a document of my progress through kitosis and

Richard's experience thriving for years in kitosis.

Oh yeah.

And hopefully that might help a few people who are curious about this kind of dietary hacking.

Yeah we're not doctors we don't want to give anyone any medical advice but we are

keen to share our own experiences. We're actually both software developers so we're

not a favorite little technical detail are we car.
