I read recently and you pay attention to stuff way more than I do.

I read something that said that one-to-one interviews, one, you know, the interviewee and interviewer alone in a room interviewing was not

safe my head just about exploded yeah it's just ludicrous it's it's and I hate to say this because I don't say I

hate HR anymore but this is absolutely HR making a bad decision propagating

across organizations people hear about it it, and it's gotten to the point where it's been expanded to,

oh, one-to-one interviews can't be safe, so therefore, let's just go right to panel interviews as well.
