While every Christian, and especially every Christian leader, desperately

needs this we're going to talk about today, you will not find it really as a topic on any

leadership conferences or even Christian conferences because it's just so radical. It's so

outside the box. It's so countercultural. And yet it's one of the

foundational qualities of kingdom life according to Jesus. In fact, it's one of the distinctives

of who we are that makes us followers and especially leaders for Jesus and making us

distinct from the rest of the world. Now, I'm not going to say anything else about it, except that it's one of the beatitudes

of Jesus from Matthew, Chapter 5.
