It's a very windy day today.

You're going to hear some wind noise probably.

I'm outside, it's windy I think we're supposed to have a storm coming today

possibly some rain we've got dark clouds looking in the distance. It does look like there might be some rain in the distance.

So I'm going to get started now so I can get home before I get wet.

You know looking in my own life, I'm starting to realize that

consistency, consistency, consistency.

Another way to put it would be habit is very, very powerful. And a good rule of thumb is that anything that is important to you, really important to you,

you should do it, take care of it, practice it every single day, every day, every day.
