Just looking over all my social media at the coffee shop today.

And again, I'm just struck by what a wonderful effortless English family we have.

And I mentioned a lot of the names.

But there are even more names, Ekaterina, Emmanuel, and several others too that it's hard for me to mention everybody because we have so many great members who are so positive who contribute so much. And again it shows that idea I was talking about, this idea that everyone is a leader, Everyone is a leader.

There's a different idea.

There's a different mindset of leadership, you see.

I think it's a more advanced idea of leadership.

Most of us grow up learning an idea of leadership

that is very one way. Right? There's the leader and then there are

followers. So you have one leader and then everyone else is a follower.

If we use a military example, a military example is nice because it's just very clear.
