Life is short and most of us are living in a coma.

I say that not to, you know, not to have you, you know, get depressed, but I want you

to think about it like this.

Like, are you really, like, when you pass away and you go to wherever you go, you with

me, or on your deathbed and you're sitting there surrounded by hopefully your friends

and your family and your loved ones and your kids and your grandkids and whoever else,

right?

Do you want to look them in the eye and say, you know, what I did was when I was in real

estate, I half-assed it.

And it was great.

I mean, I drank every day at noon, never learned anything about my CRM, complained about

no listings all the time, made just enough money to not have to go get a job, but, you

know, here I am, and I recommend the same for you.

Would you say that to your grandkids or your great-grandkids?

Or might you say, look, knowing what I know now, work your ass off with joy and ecstasy

every single day.

Serve more people, push yourself harder, you're a total candy ass.

You have no idea how hard you can go, how long you can go, and how many people you can

serve and, oh, by the way, the riches aren't in the money.

The riches are in the experience that the money you create gives you.
