Summary

Panic attacks are wide-spread in today’s society, and yet remain something we rarely talk about openly. So it’s vital that we normalise an experience so many of us share - because talking about it is often the first step towards understanding, accepting and working through it. Jamie Laing and Fearne Cotton both came on How to Fail back in 2019 and spoke so honestly about their own experiences. Jamie reflected on the early days of Made in Chelsea, when he experienced panic attacks for a full year. Fearne shares how she still experiences panic attacks today and the stigma that can surround them. Hopefully this conversation feels reassuring, validating and helps to normalise a topic that has remained unnecessarily taboo for far too long. This episode is brought to you by Airbnb. I wanted to tell you about one of my favorite

recent trips. Early this month, Justin and I stayed in the most gorgeous Airbnb apartment in

Berlin. We spent our days eating way too much cheese, wandering through Christmas markets with

hot chocolate in hand, and exploring some of my favorite corners of the city. For trips like this, a hotel just

never gives us the space or feeling we're after. Our charming Airbnb was perfect, in a less

touristy neighbourhood but still close to everything. The beautifully tired kitchen and cosy living area

became our spot for a pre-dinner aperitivo before heading out

into one of my favourite cities for the evening. I found the place using Airbnb's guest favourites

It makes it so easy to find the coziest, cleanest, all round best days, and I can't

Now, I'm always on the move, whether I'm recording this podcast, going to meetings with my agent,

or out and about on my book tour. So I often struggle with finding a healthy snack in the

middle of a busy day. Grabbing something sugary or salty is easy, but it's rarely what I

actually want in that moment. That's why I reach for a pink lady apple. It's easy, but it's rarely what I actually want in that moment. That's why I reach for a pink
