Oh my God, ew. I am going to share with you some things. I've been creating a list of things that I am, like they just discussed me for random reasons. Some of these items are kind of petty. They're just things that really bug me and I need to get them off my chest.

So we're going to start there and then I want to talk to you about some like can't miss

shows, my review of a couple of things don't worry if you haven't

watched these shows I'm not going to spoil anything and we're also going to talk a little bit

about these other generations I mean mean, be ready. Gen X is the coolest generation of all time and so if you disagree

with me, you millennials, you Gen Z's, you boomers, well then you can pick a fight with me, but listen to my side of the argument first.

All right, on Wednesdays we walk, so take a look at your pedometer or your Apple watch, look at your step count, put your shoes on, let's do this.

All right, I've been keeping this list for quite a while and it's really just my way of blowing off steam.

So again, if you're offended by this list, you're definitely not Gen X, you're probably Gen Z or Gen Alpha.

You might even be a millennial. So in fact I think it was the

millennials that started the ick list. Well, mine is called an ew. oh my god ew list and this is going to feel so cathartic to just let it be

known that these are the things that they just grossed me out for no apparent reason.

First of all, the overly obnoxious, friendly weight staff, it's usually a dude.

And he's like Ed Haskell, Eddie Haskell, remember Eddie Haskell? And he's like, well hello there everyone. Are we celebrating something special today? Okay, fantastic. It looks like we're a hungry crew. It's like, stop it.

Ew.

And then he also comes back and he has the same dumb lines.

Like, dude, you can't even deliver it, like it's the first time you said it.
