history, Chad Vaughn and Cheryl Hayworth. For the 10 of you out there who are listening who don't

know who these are, here's just a quick overview. Chad is a two-time Olympian, nine-time national champion,

a multi-time international medalist, including an overall gold medal at the 2003 Pan American Games,

and a previous American record holder in the Clean and Jerk for the 77-kilow weight class,

which was just broken,

I believe, this past December by Harrison Marius, who if you guys don't know who that is,

you need to check him out. He's a young up-and-comer in Olympic weightlifting with a very bright future of head of him. Cheryl is also one of the most decorated weightlifters in U.S.

history, three-time Olympic team member 2000, 2004, 2008. She won the bronze medal

in the Olympic Games in 2000. She's a two-time junior world champion, and one time in 99,

she won the silver medalist at the junior world championships. Ten straight years, senior
